Isagawa moves to 14th place
Oregon sophomore Cassy Isagawa, a Baldwin High School graduate, moved into a tie for 14th place at the NCAA women’s golf championship Thursday with a 2-under-par 70 in the third round at the University of Georgia Golf Course in Athens that left her with a three-day total of even-par 216.
Isagawa, who was 28th after 36 holes, had two bogeys and four birdies Thursday. Oregon had a 9-over 297 team round for a total of 29-over 893, good for 17th place.
Annie Park of Southern California (70) was the leader at 207, and the Trojans’ 285 third round kept them atop the standings at 845.
