Na Koa total 16 hits in win over Pacifics

Jeremy Williams had four of Na Koa Ikaika Maui’s 16 hits in an 11-6 victory over the San Rafael Pacifics on Friday in a Pacific Association game at San Rafael, Calif.

The Pacifics committed seven errors, including two each by first baseman Darrick Hale and shortstop Danny Gonzalez.

Williams finished 4-for-6 with a double, two RBIs and three runs. Jimmy Rohan was 3-for-5 and drove in two runs, and Waylen Sing-Chow was 2-for-5 with a double and three runs scored.

Mike Williams took a shutout into the fourth inning, but got just two more outs while giving up five runs.

T.J. Macy (2-0) relieved and pitched 2 1/3 hitless innings.

Kyle DeVore (4-2) permitted seven runs – three of them unearned – in five innings.
