Spartans beat Pine Lasses, improve to 5-0 on season

Gabby Ratte had six kills and 10 assists and Kiki Leuteneker added seven kills as Seabury Hall toppled Lanai 25-5, 25-10, 25-23 in a Maui Interscholastic League volleyball match on Saturday at Lanai City.

Amy Ozee finished with five kills and six assists for the Spartans (5-0), who moved into a first-place tie with Hana in Division II.

Ratte and Leuteneker each had an ace.

Dez Dameng had three kills, three blocks and eight digs for the Pine Lasses (0-5), and Norlyn Cabonce had three kills, three assists and four digs.
