Lotulelei cut by Seahawks
The Seattle Seahawks released linebacker John Lotulelei, a Baldwin High School graduate, on Wednesday.
Lotulelei had made the Seattle roster as an undrafted free agent. He appeared in two games and recorded three tackles, all in a Sept. 22 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The 21-year-old Lotulelei, listed as 5-foot-11 and 233 pounds, had 12 tackles in the preseason, which ranked third on the team.
Seattle also claimed quarterback B.J. Daniels off waivers from the San Francisco 49ers on Wednesday.
