County youths learn from Chaminade players, coaches
FIRST PHOTO: Chaminade coach Eric Bovaird looks over the campers as his players introduce themselves during Saturday’s adidas Hoops Clinic at the new DreamCourt next to the Lahaina Civic Center. The court was blessed and youths primarily from the Molokai Youth Center and Lahaina Boys & Girls Club participated in the clinic. “To me it means so much. I remember when I was young going to clinics and camps,” Bovaird said. “I’m glad we have an opportunity to give back. If the kids can take something away from what they learned, it was worth it.”
