Cardinals sign Dickson to reserve/future deal

The Arizona Cardinals signed linebacker JoJo Dickson, a graduate of Baldwin High School, to a reserve/future contract Thursday.

The deal will not become official until the league year for the NFL begins in March. Dickson will be a reserve until then.

Dickson, 24, spent part of December on the Cardinals’ practice squad. He was in the New York Jets’ training camp over the summer, but was let go on the final day of cuts after recording three tackles in four preseason games.

Dickson, listed as 6-foot-1 and 245 pounds, has also spent time with the Cleveland Browns and Jacksonville Jaguars, but the former Idaho standout has not appeared in a regular-season game.
