Lunas boys, Farmers girls go unbeaten in dual meets

The Lahainaluna High School boys wrestling team won all three of its matches in Saturday’s Maui Interscholastic League dual-meet tournament at the Baldwin gym in Wailuku, and Molokai went 2-0 in girls competition.

In the boys event, the Lunas won 66-9 over King Kekau-like, 52-18 over Baldwin and 56-9 over Molokai.

The Molokai girls beat Lahainaluna 35-25, and defeated Baldwin 48-18.

The Farmers earned a 36-18 win over Maui High in boys competition, and a 41-21 victory over a combined Kamehameha Maui and Lanai team. Baldwin defeated King Kekaulike 54-25, and won 66-9 over Maui High. Kamehameha Maui beat Maui High 33-24, and recorded a 39-15 victory over King Kekaulike.

The Lahainaluna girls beat a King Kekaulike and Kamehameha Maui team 42-3. Baldwin defeated Maui High 12-0.
