UH women lose in OT to Northridge

The University of Hawaii women’s basketball team lost its second consecutive road game Saturday, falling 75-72 to Cal State Northridge.

Ashleigh Karaitiana scored a career-high 28 points for the Rainbow Wahine (10-9, 4-3 Big West). Kamilah Jackson finished with 23 points and 13 rebounds.

Hawaii’s Kalei Adolpho, a Molokai High School graduate, had one rebound in five minutes.

Janae Sharpe scored 27 points for the Matadors (10-12, 6-2), while Ashlee Guay added 26.
