Baldwin claims sole possession of second place

The Baldwin High School girls golf team took sole possession of second place in the Maui Interscholastic League with a 176-120 win over Seabury Hall on Thursday at Kahili Golf Course in Waikapu.

Kimberlie Miyamoto carded a 36 for the Bears (6-2), Kirsten Ishikawa had a 39 and Kaylee Shimizu and Erin Kobayashi each had rounds of 45. Kylie Garcia had a 58, and Alyssa Antiado a 75.

Jinsey Stisher’s 58 was the low score for the Spartans (0-8). Natasha Salamak and Joy Balinbin each shot 59. Tiffany Orite had a 63, Joy Balinbin recorded a 65 and Jessica Brown had a 67.
