Kamehameha Maui reaches 10 wins

The Kamehameha Schools Maui reached 10 wins in the Maui Interscholastic League boys golf team season by finishing with a 185-215 victory over Maui Prep on Friday at the Kapalua Bay Course.

Lucas Park had a 38 for the Warriors (10-4-0), Mitchel Dutro shot 47, Kainalu Steward carded a 49 and Jacob Pu’u had a 51. Kalei Stanich shot 53, and Zack Fasi had an 89.

Adam Quandt’s 43 was the low score for Na Pueo (3-11-0), whose other scorers were Corey McMurray (54), Nick Head (57) and Zac Giles (61). Jonah Bluh shot 66.


At The Dunes at Maui Lani in Kahului

Dawud Moragne and Aron Graziano each had rounds for 43 for Seabury Hall (6-6-1).

The Spartans’ Nate Thomas had a 44 and Max Hurd shot 51. Ryan James carded a 69.

The scorers for Maui High (5-9-0) were Dylan Manibog (45), Chase Baker (53), Wesley Sakutori (55) and Meynard Guillermo (61). Colton Rishard shot 85.
