Warriors earn 2-0 win over Spartans

The Kamehameha Schools Maui girls soccer team scored a goal in each half to defeat Seabury Hall 2-0 on Thursday afternoon at Kanaiaupuni Stadium in Pukalani.
Kameaiomakamae Drayer-Hoopii scored in the 24th minute for the Warriors, playing their first match of the Maui Interscholastic League season. Leialoha Medeiros then scored on a penalty kick 13 minutes into the second half.
The Spartans fell to 1-1-0.
The game was moved to Kamehameha from Seabury due to inclement weather.
The St. Anthony-Maui High game scheduled for Thursday at War Memorial Stadium in Wailuku was postponed. A makeup date has yet to be set.
