King Kekaulike High School graduate Treyanna-Lee Freitas finished with five digs while playing in four sets of the University of Hawaii women’s volleyball team’s 25-20, 20-25, 20-25, 27-25, 15-11 exhibition win over Kansas on Tuesday night at the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu.

Freitas, who was granted her release from Washington State over the winter and has three years of eligibility remaining, also had a couple of service errors for the Rainbow Wahine. McKenna Granato led UH with 17 kills, and Emily Maglio had 14 kills and 10 blocks.

Kelsie Payne had 16 kills to lead the Jayhawks.

The match was the last of three spring exhibitions for the Rainbow Wahine.
