Maui Invitational online single-ticket sale begins Tuesday

An online sale of remaining single-game tickets for the Maui Jim Maui Invitational will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at

The tournament, in its 34th year, is scheduled for Nov. 20-22 at the Lahaina Civic Center.

Tickets for the Nov. 22 championship game, and for either of the semifinals on Nov. 21, will cost $105 each. Tickets for the first-round games on Nov. 20, or for the third-place game on Nov. 22, will be sold for $85 each. Tickets for the fifth-place semifinals on Nov. 21, or for the fifth-place game and seventh-place game on Nov. 22, will cost $35 each.

Ticket packages are currently on sale on the tournament’s website.

All-tournament tickets are $774 for the north grandstands and $900 for the west platforms, and all-day tickets are $258 for the north grandstands, $300 for the west platforms and $400 for courtside.

“Booster” tickets that provide admission to all three games involving a single team are also available online, with varying availability for teams and seat locations. Booster packages cost $390 for general admission, $420 for the south grandstands and $700 for courtside.

Six-game “mini-plan” tickets are $450. These tickets provide admission to one semifinal or the final; any three first-round games, or two-first-round games and the third-place game; and a combination of two games selected from a pool of the two fifth-place semifinals, the fifth-place game and the seventh-place game.

This year’s tournament has two teams ranked in The Associated Press preseason poll — No. 7 Wichita State and No. 14 Notre Dame — along with Virginia Commonwealth, Marquette, California, Michigan, LSU and Chaminade.
