Sarah Toeaina had 25 points and Julissa Tago scored 21 to lead the University of Hawaii women’s basketball team to an 81-75 victory over Montana State on Monday at the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu.

Lahni Salanoa added 19 points, going 4-for-6 from the 3-point line, as the Rainbow Wahine pulled away late in a game that had 13 lead changes and improved to 5-3.

Hannah Caudill had 19 points to lead the Bobcats (5-4), who last week went 1-1 in the Maui Jim Maui Classic.

UH next hosts Idaho State on Friday.
