Savanna Stone of Makawao celebrates after winning the National Scholastic Surfing Association (NSSA) Explorers girls under-15 national title Thursday in Huntington Beach, Calif. The 14-year-old adds this title to her win last year at the Papara Pro Vahine Open Tahiti, a World Surf League qualifying series event.
