Dates set for Clippers-Raptors exhibitions on Oahu

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Los Angeles Clippers will host two preseason games against the Toronto Raptors in Honolulu this fall.
The games on Oct. 1 and 3 will be played at the Stan Sheriff Center on the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus, where the Clippers will hold their training camp.
General admission tickets go on sale Friday starting at 9 a.m. at or by calling (808) 956-4482.
The Clippers will also participate in a pregame fan fest at the Hawaii Convention Center as part of the Clippers Hawaii Classic event.
In December, the Clippers announced they would hold their training camp in Hawaii for the first time next season. The deal to bring the camp to the islands was made in partnership with the Hawaii Tourism Authority.
UH has previously hosted the Los Angeles Lakers’ training camp, most recently before the 2015-16 season.
This season, the Clippers and Raptors both finished 51-31. The Clippers, the fourth seed in the Western Conference, were eliminated by the Utah Jazz in the first round of the playoffs in seven games. The third-seeded Raptors were swept in the East semifinals by the defending champion Cleveland Cavaliers.
