12TH ANNUAL MAUI UKULELE FESTIVAL. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the A&B Amphitheater lawn at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului as acclaimed ukulele musicians fill the air with island music. Renowned ukulele advocate and teacher, Roy Sakuma, will serve as emcee for this celebration of Hawaii’s beloved instrument. This year’s lineup includes: Willie K and his band, Paula Fuga, Richard Ho’opi’i, Aidan James, Kamakakehau Fernandez, Derick Sebastian, the Hula Honeys, Andrew Molina, Arlie Asiu, Nelly Toyama-Baduria, Nick Acosta, Rui Okawa, Honey Bun & the Coconuts, the Aloha Picking ‘Ohana, the Kalama Intermediate ‘Ukulele Band, Kamehameha Schools Maui ‘Ukulele Band and more.
