LEARN ART OF TEXTILES IN ADULT-CENTRIC CLASS
Artist Orly Cogan presents a stitching circle and textiles workshop beginning at 6 p.m. in the Schaefer International Gallery at Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului. Learn about her craft and make a small piece to take away. Fee is $25 and includes materials and snacks. A no-host bar will be open for beverage purchases (21 years of age and older only).

INTIMATE ARTIST 2 ARTIST SERIES RETURNS TO MACC
Henry Kapono teams with multiple Na Hoku Hanohano Award-winner Sean Na’auao for an Artist 2 Artist performance at 7:30 p.m. in the MACC’s McCoy Studio Theater. Tickets are $35, $45 and $65 (plus applicable fees). Also available for $45 per person, per show (plus applicable fees), is a backstage “Hangin’ with Henry” package which includes pre-show session and other VIP amenities. You must purchase a general ticket to be eligible. MACC members receive a 20 percent discount when purchasing tickets to all four Artist 2 Artist concerts, and a 10 percent member discount for shows bought individually.

Maui Ocean Center’s Marine Institute seeks volunteers for Baldwin Beach cleanup from 8 to 10 a.m. in Paia.
