Color Fest Hawai‘i
Celebrate the spirit of diversity, inclusion and the uniqueness of every child at Color Festival Hawai’i from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday on the Events Lawn of the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului.
This modern version of the traditional Indian Holi Festival, a thousand-year ritual of throwing and applying colored powders on friends and family, features ono foods, uplifting ambiance and high-energy entertainment by DJ Boomshot, Anuhea, Yum Yum Beast and headliner Rayland Baxter of Nashville, TN.
Presented by Imua Family Services and dubbed as a “friend-raiser,” this event is a major benefit for Imua and the vital services it provides to Maui keiki and families.
Tickets are $20 advance purchase (plus applicable fees), with prices increasing on the day of the event; $15 for children ages 6 to 16; and keiki 5 years of age and younger are admitted free.
