New rates, classes at UH Maui Fit for the summer

UH Maui Fit is offering a new monthly rate and some new fitness classes during its summer program, which begins Monday.

Those who sign up for summer membership by May 30 will be entered in a drawing for a 64-ounce hydro flask.

The fitness center at the University of Hawaii Maui College is open Mondays to Saturdays with a summer schedule of nearly 30 classes, including Zumba, CORE, Boot Camp, Muay Thai Novice, Fly’n Hi Fitness, Self-Defense, Freestyle Core Training, Balance & Base, Pilates and Hit Fit.

Membership fees are $55 for UH-MC students, $75 for faculty, staff, seniors 55 and older and veterans or military members, and $90 for the general public.

Members have unlimited access to all classes through Aug. 15, when the summer session ends.

In addition, a new monthly rate of $30 for four weeks is being offered during the summer.
