The nonprofit Na Hoaloha received 143 cases of fresh fruits and vegetables on four pallets from SunFresh in Kahului this week. Volunteers distributed 85 cases to Kahikinui and Hana Community Center and 36 cases to St. Ann’s Church in Wailuku. They also picked and packed 62 individual produce bags for kupuna home deliveries in Makawao, Kihei and Wailuku. Na Hoaloha provides support services and food deliveries to kupuna countywide.
