Maui-based artists Nancy Young and Terry Lopez will present two concurrent solo exhibits from May 27 to July 22 at the Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center as part of the organization’s 2022 Solo Artist Exhibition.

An opening reception will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on May 27.

Through an open call to artists across the state, Young and Lopez were selected as the two artists to present their solo shows in this year’s exhibition.

Young will introduce “Along the Yellow Brick Road,” a series of large-scale mixed media works. Lopez, an interpretive oil painter, will present “Contemporary Hawaiian Visions.”

The exhibition will be open to the public with free admission. For more information, visit huinoeau.com/exhibitions.
