Three new doctors join Kaiser on Maui

Three new physicians are joining Kaiser Permanente on Maui.
• Dr. Mason Turner, psychiatrist, the Maui Lani Medical Office. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Dartmouth College and his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed his internship and psychiatric residency at Harvard Medical School. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and served as director of outpatient mental health and addiction medicine for Kaiser Permanente Northern California.
• Dr. Tiffinie Mercado, obstetrics/gynecology, the Wai-luku Medical Office. She earned her bachelor’s degree in genetics and medical degree from the University of Kansas. She was the chief resident in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Kansas Medical Center and is a fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Dr. Irminne Van Dyken, surgeon, Wailuku Medical Office. She received her bachelor’s degree from Montana State University in cell biology and neuroscience with a minor in biochemistry and her medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. She is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
