Dui Sentences

THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of June 21 to July 5. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Nicole Forelli, 55, Wailuku; DUI, lack of due care, accidents involving damage to vehicle or property; $450 in fines, plus fees.

Dexner Hebel, 21, Wailuku; DUI, driving without a license, open container, inattention to driving; three-day jail term, 72 hours of community service, plus fees.

Roger Santiago, 49, Kahului; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Bethwell Waguk, 43, Napili; DUI (third offense within five years); 30-day jail term, $1,000 fine, $462 in fees, two-year license revocation.
