Previously listed for nearly $8.5 million, a 3,726-square-foot, three-bedroom home at 1421 Front St. in Lahaina will be sold to the highest bidder online next month, according to an announcement.

The oceanfront property has private beach access and a quarter of an acre of “lush landscaping,” the announcement says.

Concierge Auctions is handling the sale in cooperation with Alexander Iskenderian of Berkshire Hathaway HS Maui Properties.

Other features of the home include fine indoor/outdoor teak and imported furnishings and central cooling, a complete solar system and multigated entry and full security system. The residence has an open floor plan, a private den/study, a laundry room, storage room and a family/media room that also can function as a fourth bedroom.

The three bedrooms are on the second floor. There are two master suites with direct access to an enclosed deck and the bathrooms feature walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks. The chef’s kitchen comes with polished Panthera marble and modern, stainless steel appliances. Interior details include over-sized Indonesian Merbau termite-proof wood floors, Indonesian Palimanan stone, Fleetwood pocket glass and screen doors, high ceilings and large windows.

Another property up for an auction sale is Aloha Villas at 1338 Uluniu Road in Kihei. It is being brokered by Colliers International.

The auction is set to begin on Nov. 5 on the website Ten-x.com.

The price is not disclosed online, but the starting bid for the 8,000-square-foot, two-story building $3.5 million. The online listing says the structure is the only Maui beachfront property that holds a valid vacation rental permit and can accommodate as many as 32 guests.

The Kihei property includes central air conditioning, a dining/living room, a gourmet kitchen, a full laundry room and balconies and patios. There’s also a heated salt water swimming pool and hot tub, a poolside barbecue and a dining area.
