King to appear at Kihei meeting

New County Council Chairwoman Kelly King, who holds the South Maui residency seat, will be appearing at the Kihei Community Association’s first meeting of the year at 6:30 p.m. today at Stawasz Hall at St. Theresa Church.

A major portion of the meeting will explore items and issues of concern in the South Maui region. The goal is to prioritize and offer solutions.

The 2019 officers will be announced at the meeting as well.

Doors open at 6 p.m.

Those attending are asked to bring a nonperishable food donation or check for the Maui Food Bank.
