Council Member Yuki Lei Sugimura will hold her monthly “Talk Story with Yuki Lei” outreach program from 7 to 11 a.m. today at the Upcountry Farmers Market.

State Rep. Kyle Yamashita also will be at the event, where the public will be able to voice their concerns with their county and state lawmakers.

Sugimura holds the Upcountry residency seat; Yamashita’s district includes Pukalani, Makawao and Kula.
