THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of June 3 to 7. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Frank Jimenez, 45, Makawao; DUI; $150 fine, plus fees.

Daniel Kapoi, 54, Waikapu; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Jordan Knott, 32, Kihei; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees, two-year license revocation.

Danielle Mason, 37, Kihei; DUI; $350 fine, $437 in fees, three-year license revocation.

Jonathan Nguyen, 25, South Jordan, Utah; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees, 18-month license revocation.

William O’Donnell, 55, Wailuku; DUI; $1,000 fine, $437 in fees.

Lahaina District Court:

Aaron Herrera-Xavier, 21, Lahaina; DUI; $150 fine, plus fees.

Ngutu Manukeu, also known as Sione Savoe, 33, Napili; DUI, second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, child passenger restraint violation; $400 in fines, $579 in fees, four-hour child passenger restraint course.
