THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of June 4 to 14. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Taylon Fabella, 19, Kihei; DUI; two-day jail term, $437 in fees.

Cole Hegarty, 21, Kahului; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees, two-year license revocation.

Nathaniel Hunt, 28, Kula; DUI (second offense within five years), driving while license suspended or revoked, lack of due care; five-day jail term, $800 in fines, plus fees, 18-month license revocation.

Roberto Abraham Olea Briceno, 20, Lahaina; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Dan Rayburn, 54, Haiku; DUI, lack of due care; two-day jail term, $250 in fines, $444 in fees, two-year license revocation.

Sione Vaka, 35, Kihei: DUI (with child passenger); two-day jail term, $650 fine, plus fees.

Faasolo O. Vehikite, 35, Wailuku; DUI, driving without a license; five-day jail term, $150 fine, $444 in fees.

Courtney Willis, 31, Anchorage, Alaska; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.
