Hunting licenses to be issued June 15

Hunting licenses and stamps for hunting on public and private land will begin being issued by the state June 15.

The state Department of Land and Natural Resources Division of Forestry and Wildlife district and administrative offices will be issuing the licenses and stamps for the July 1 to June 30, 2020, hunting season.

Hunters also may purchase their hunting licenses and stamps by credit card using any computer with an internet connection through the state website at www.ehawaii.gov/huntinglicense/.

A hunting license is $20 for residents and $105 for nonresidents. Game bird stamps are $10.

All game mammal hunting is regulated by Hawaii Administrative Rules Title 13, Chapter 123, and all game bird hunting is regulated by Hawaii Administrative Rules Title 13, Chapter 122.
