THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of Aug. 23 to Sept. 13. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Alvaro Morales-Parra, 27, Kihei; DUI, reckless driving; five-day jail term, $437 in fees.

Shannon Roman, 32, Waipahu, Oahu; DUI, driving without a license; $500 in fines, $474 in fees.

Yamado Sigrah, 32, Lahaina; DUI, driving without a license; $600 in fines, 240 hours of community service, $399 in fees, four-year license revocation.

Allen Webb, 37, address unavailable; DUI, driving without a license, inattention to driving; $1,000 in fees, 10-day jail term (suspended), $646 in fees.
