‘Ohana Feud’ at disabilities forum

A friendly game of “Ohana Feud, Season 2!” is among the highlights of the 23rd annual Legislative Forum for People with Disabilities set for 4:30 to 7 p.m. Sept. 25 at the Velma McWayne Santos Community Center in Wailuku.

County and state lawmakers will be in attendance to answer questions and meet with constituents at the forum. The theme this year is “Respect All Ability.”

State lawmakers and county council members have signed up to play Ohana Feud, where teams answer questions about issues facing members of the disabled community.

The forum is sponsored by the Maui Disability Alliance, which is an association of 29 groups on Maui serving the needs of people with disabilities.

The event is free and open to the public.
