THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of Oct. 1 to 4. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Collin D. Freitas, 25, Makawao; DUI; two-day jail term, $750 fine, $437 in fees, two-year license revocation.

Jeremy Losano, 31, address unavailable; DUI (drugs), excessive speeding; two-day jail term, $800 in fines, plus fees.

Marc Manuel, 53, Kahului; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Karisha Stowell, age and address unavailable; DUI (second offense), driving without a license, lack of due care; $1,200 in fines, plus fees, 240 hours of community service, two-year license revocation.
