Dui Sentences

THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of Feb. 13 to 19. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Christopher Bachiller, 69, Wailuku; DUI, driving without a license (second offense); $950 in fines, plus fees, two-year license revocation.

Kyle Birch, 30, Columbus, Ohio; DUI; $500 fine, $437 in fees, three-year license revocation.

Dustin Ray Ceballos, 24, Kihei; DUI, lack of due care; two-day jail term, $550 in fines, plus fees and restitution, two-year license revocation.

Kuikamoku Dukelow-Fuata, 20, Kula; DUI (under 21); 36 hours of community service, three-month license suspension.

Jon Dupont, 34, Wailea; DUI; $500 fine, plus fees.

Michelle Gunning, 53, Kihei; DUI; $250 fine, $437 in fees.

Christopher Brandon Handley, 48, Kula; DUI; $350 fine, plus fees, two-year license revocation.

Brandon Hue Hilario, 24, Waihee; DUI; $250 fine, 48 hours of community service, two-year license revocation.

Oliver Johnny, 43, Waihee; DUI, driving without a license; $600 in fines, 48 hours of community service, plus fees, two-year license revocation.

Kaldrian Kaalakea, 24, Makawao; DUI, lack of due care, driving without a license; three-day jail term (suspended for one year on condition of no further violations), $1,050 in fines, plus fees and restitution.
