Statewide COVID-19 cases up to 106
Maui County reported one more case of COVID-19 on Thursday as the number of cases statewide surpassed 100.
There are now 106 cases across Hawaii, up from 95 on Wednesday. Honolulu County reported eight more cases for a total of 77, Maui County had one more case for a total of 14, and neither Kauai nor Hawaii counties had new cases and are still at five each.
There are also two Hawaii residents who have been diagnosed outside the state, and three cases with locations pending.
The majority of cases in Hawaii continue to be residents; as of noon Thursday, 88 cases were Hawaii residents and 15 were visitors.
Of the cases, seven have required hospitalization, including one new case on Thursday.
No deaths have been confirmed of COVID-19.
