Bank’s Maui Lani branch to reopen
Bank of Hawaii will reopen its Maui Lani Safeway branch Jan. 25 after a 10-month closure due to the pandemic.
The branch will have the same hours as other locations, with a special timeframe reserved for kupuna and at-risk individuals and their caregivers from 8 to 9 a.m. Monday to Friday and 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday.
Banking hours for the general public will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
Employees and customers must wear masks, practice social distancing and follow health and safety protocols, including passing a temperature check, the bank said in a news release Thursday. Because of its size, the Maui Lani Branch will offer two teller window stations for customers to complete quick service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and check reorders.
Customers may visit neighboring branches for additional services, as well as book appointments in advance online at www.boh.com/personal/book-an-appointment.
They can also use the bank’s online, mobile and ATM channels. For more information, visit www.boh.com/covid19.
