THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of Jan. 5 to 8. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Jason Archuleta, 49, Kihei; DUI (second offense); $1,000 fine, 240 hours of community service, plus fees, 18-month license revocation.

Tex Boisey, 38, Wailuku; DUI; $250 fine, $437 in fees.

Jeenjoo Cheon, 48, Pukalani; DUI, inattention to driving; $350 in fines, plus fees.

Tracey Housewright, 51, Kula; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Ricky Phillips, 36, Lahaina; DUI (second offense); seven-day jail term, $2,000 fine, plus fees.

Camilo Salinas, 18, Haiku; DUI (under 21); $150 fine, plus fees, six-month license suspension.

Jayden Villiarimo, 24, Makawao; DUI (second offense); $1,000 fine, 240 hours of community service, plus fees.
