THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of Jan. 11 to 15. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Nowel Aningat, 26, Wailuku; DUI, lack of due care; $350 in fines, plus fees.

Seth Brink, 39, Kihei; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Kara Byers, 43, Kihei; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees, two-year license revocation.

Timothy Coravos II, 45, Wailea; DUI, open container; $1,100 in fines, $484 in fees.

Yancy Gorospe, 22, Kahului; DUI; two-day jail term, $250 fine.

Deborah Henriksen, 52, Kahului; DUI; $250 fine, $437 in fees.

John Ikioka, 63, Wailuku; DUI; three-day jail term, $437 in fees.

Francisco Martinez, 46, Lahaina; DUI (second offense), inattention to driving, driving after license suspended or revoked for DUI, no insurance; five-day jail term, $1,850 in fines, plus fees, two-year license revocation.

Karen Poulos, 60, Kihei; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Patrick Ramelb, 30, Kahului; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Ileili Tahauri, 29, Kahului; DUI; two-day jail term, $500 fine, plus fees.
