Corrections

• Huli the Hawaiian Chicken. The last name of Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice owners Ululani and David Yamashiro was misspelled in a photo caption that was published Tuesday on Page A3.

• Coffee leaf rust. Farmers using the fungicide Priaxor Xemium must notify the state Department of Agriculture at least seven days prior to spraying via email at hdoa.sec18@hawaii.gov. A story that was published Tuesday on Pages A3 and A4 contained the incorrect email address.

• Health centers. Jared Medeiros of the Lana’i Community Health Center explained that while following the state’s phased vaccine rollout, “It’s challenging for us to find people in those tiers who want the vaccine and to get them scheduled, and we’ll crack open those vials of vaccine and we will have 10 doses that we have to find 10 people for, and so it’s not as easy as some places where you have this huge pool of people to pull from.” A story that was published Saturday on Pages A1 and A9 misquoted Medeiros.
