THe following sentences for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occured during the period of April 7 to 9. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. first offeenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Taeven-Lee Kalani Bates, 21, Waiehu; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees, two-year driver’s license revocation.

Brandon Correia, 37, Kihei; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Payce Duryea, 20, Paia; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Nadira Bella Fidance, 20, Haiku; DUI (second offense); $1,000 fine, plus fees, 240 hours of community service, 18-month driver’s license revocation.

Laakea Moikeha, 33, Wailuku; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Kuikamoku Pali, 26, Lahaina; DUI, inattention to driving; $350 in fines, plus fees, two-year driver’s license revocation.

Jacob Rodrigues, 19, Waihee; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Camilo Salinas, 27, Haiku; DUI (second offense), driving after license suspended or revoked for driving under the influence of an intoxicant; five-day jail term, $1,250 in fines, plus fees, two-year driver’s license revocation.
