Kahului fisherman Ray Fernandez uses a forklift to load a 180-pound blue marlin into his truck recently. Fernandez said he caught the marlin while fishing from his boat April 2 in waters off Maui’s north shore. He said the marlin put up a “good fight” that lasted about 15 minutes.
