COVID-19 at a Glance

Latest developments:

• State Department of Health on Thursday reported 36 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 22 on Oahu, four on Kauai, three on Maui, two on Hawaii island and five residents diagnosed out of state.

• There have now been 37,170 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 27,556 on Oahu, 4,810 in Maui County (4,616 on Maui, 115 on Lanai and 79 on Molokai), 3,153 on Hawaii island and 343 on Kauai. A total of 1,308 residents have been diagnosed out of state.

• There were no new fatalities reported Thursday. The statewide fatality count remains at 507, including 393 on Oahu, 55 on Maui, 54 on Hawaii island, two on Kauai and three residents who died out of state.

• As of Thursday, 54 percent of all residents in Kauai County had completed their vaccination process, followed by 49 percent in Honolulu County and 47 percent each in Maui and Hawaii counties.
