THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of July 12 to 23. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Hector Delgado Cuascut, 41, Kula; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Keith Kawika Douglas, 32, Kula; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Erick Ekundayo, 31, Kula; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Jacob Fredeen, 34, Wailea; DUI (drugs), exhibition of speed; three-day jail term, $500 fine, $339 in fees.

Suzanne Gilligan, 60, Wailuku; DUI, inattention to driving, driving without a license, no insurance; $950 in fines, plus fees, two-year license revocation.

Holly Johnson, 70, address unavailable; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Sakopo Latuselu, 23, Kahului; DUI, driving without a license; three-day jail term, $600 in fines, plus fees.

Mateo Stephens, 22, Kula; DUI, driving without a license, inattention to driving; two-day jail term, $450 in fines, $511 in fees, restitution to be determined.

Ashten Yagi, 20, Pukalani; DUI, minor possessing alcohol, leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to vehicle or property, inattention to driving; two-day jail term, $600 in fines, plus fees, 75 hours of community service.

Lahaina District Court

Dustin Kaleiopu, 24, Lahaina; DUI; $500 fine, plus fees.
