THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of July 30 to Aug. 6. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Juston Almen, 59, Kahului; DUI, disorderly conduct, inattention to driving; five-day jail term, $1,400 in fines, $529 in fees.

Nehoa Elaban, 37, Kihei; DUI (second offense), driving without a license, inattention to driving; $1,400 in fines, plus fees, 240 hours of community service, two-year license revocation.

Kathryn Keator, 47, Wailuku; DUI (second offense); $1,000 fine, plus fees, 240 hours of community service, 18-month license revocation.

Jason Moorman, 35, address unavailable; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Brentton Stinson, 35, Kihei; DUI; $750 fine, $437 in fees.
