COVID-19 at a glance

Latest developments:

• State Department of Health on Friday reported 366 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 212 cases on Oahu, 91 on Hawaii island, 39 on Maui, 13 on Kauai, four on Molokai and seven Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.

• There have now been 79,572 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 55,310 on Oahu, 10,097 in Hawaii County, 9,468 in Maui County (9,099 on Maui, 230 on Molokai and 139 on Lanai) and 2,268 on Kauai. A total of 2,429 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.

• There were seven deaths reported Friday. Six are on Oahu, including a woman in her 40s, two women in their 50s, one man in his 60s, one woman in her 60s and one woman 80 and above. One death was on Hawaii island, a man in his 40s. All had underlying conditions and were hospitalized.

• The statewide fatality count is now at 789, including 598 on Oahu, 91 on Hawaii island, 86 on Maui, eight on Kauai, one on Molokai and five Hawaii residents who died out of state.

• Honolulu County is averaging 206 new cases a day and a test positivity rate of 4.2 percent, followed by Hawaii County at 51 cases and 5.3 percent, Maui County at 25 cases and 2.5 percent and Kauai County at 19 cases and 3.5 percent.
