THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of Oct. 19 to 21. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Callen Beeson, 25, Kihei; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees, two-year driver’s license revocation.

Adriana Buckley, 52, Kula; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees, two-year driver’s license revocation.

Daniel Florentino, 20, Haiku; DUI; $750 fine, plus fees.

Shannon Kaiwi, 38, Kahului; DUI, driving without a license (third offense); 10-day jail term (eight days suspended on condition of no similar offenses within six months), $750 in fines, plus fees.

Jose Manuel Luis Lopez, 26, Paia; DUI (second offense), driving after license suspended or revoked for DUI; three-day jail term, $1,250 in fines, plus fees, 240 hours of community service, four-year driver’s license revocation.

Jovilyn Villagomez, 29, Kihei; DUI, lack of due care; $350 in fines, plus fees, two-year driver’s license revocation.
