Vaccine clinics to be held at Binhi at Ani

The Maui News

Binhi at Ani Filipino Community Center will host two clinics, “Bakuna at Binhi at Ani,” on Tuesday and Oct. 30, with free COVID-19 vaccines and COVID-19 testing.

The Tuesday clinic will be from 5 to 8 p.m., and the Oct. 30 clinic will be from 8 to 11 a.m. at the center at 780 Onehee Ave. in Kahului.

“There is a continuing need for our community to be vaccinated and there’s a lot of misinformation,” said Melen Agcolicol, president of Binhi at Ani. “We need to get vaccinated to protect our families, so we can see our friends again and get back to real life.”

All three vaccines (Johnson & Johnson, Moderna and Pfizer) will be offered at each clinic, along with a Moderna booster shot. The first 100 to be vaccinated at each clinic will receive a free mini bento and bottle of water. No insurance is required, but participants should bring their ID and insurance cards if they have them.

Registration is not required for the clinics but is highly recommended. Participants may register for a vaccination at www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D44A5AB2DA3FEC07-binhi3.

They may also register for the testing at www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0d44a5ab2da3fec07-binhi4.

QR codes are also available on Binhi at Ani’s Facebook page.
