THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of Nov. 29 to Dec. 3. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Gabriel Aicon, 27, Haiku; DUI; $250 fine, $437 in fees.

James Flaherty, 52, Lahaina; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

German Galeana Alvarez, 45, Honolulu; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Mackenzie Grove, 36, Kihei; DUI; $250 fine, $437 in fees.

Jarry Jojeta, 46, Wailuku; DUI, DUI (highly intoxicated), driving after license suspended or revoked for driving under the influence; three-day jail term, $500 in fines, plus fees, 18-month driver’s license revocation.

Kamoana Kalanikau, 24, Waikapu; DUI; $250 fine, $437 in fees.

Dominick Lagattuta, 30, Kihei; DUI, harassment, resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle, fourth-degree criminal property damage; five-day jail term, $250 fine, plus fees, 18-month license revocation, restitution to be determined.

Adi Leary, 37, Wailea; DUI; $350 fine, plus fees.

Justin McClinton, 39, no local address; DUI; $500 fine, plus fees, two-year driver’s license revocation.

Kevin Watkins, 30, Kihei; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.
