THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of Jan. 18 to 21. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Keith Echiverri, 30, Wailuku; DUI; two-day jail term, plus fees, two-year driver’s license revocation.

Tiera-Chanel Mckenzie, 22, Waiehu; DUI; $250 fine, $437 in fees.

Jeremy Puailihau, 28, address unavailable; DUI, driving without a license (third offense); three-day jail term, $350 fine, $249 in fees.

Elizabeth Rivera, 29, Napili; DUI; $500 fine, plus fees.

Tiana Solomon, 23, Makawao; DUI; $350 fine, plus fees.

Edward Straight, 61, Kihei; DUI, inattention to driving; five-day jail term, $200 fine, $234 in fees.
