Sponsored by Maui County and the African Americans on Maui Association, the virtual program will include entertainment and speeches including Alphonso Braggs, president of the NAACP in Hawaii.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no march or ceremony Monday in Wailuku town.

Participants can join via Zoom using meeting number 698 305 9935 and password FLH808.
